Refund and Cancellation Policy

Confirmation will be sent with receipt of your booking. Payment must be received prior to the conference date. If payment is not received, the delegates may be asked to guarantee the payment with a credit card. Cancellations must be received by 5th October 2024 and will be subject to an administrative charge of US $100 or INR 5000 (as applicable). The refund will be processed within 5-7 days to the account detials provided while registering. It is regretted that no cancellations will be made after this date. Substitutions can be made at any time. It may be necessary for reason beyond the control of the organisers to alter the contents, speakers, timings or venue of this conference. Elite Conferences does not accept any liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays. In such circumstances, the normal cancellation restriction apply.
